Most prospective student pilots aren’t ready to enroll the moment they click “Request Info.” They’re curious, cautious, and often overwhelmed. The wrong follow-up can feel pushy and drive them away. The right approach builds trust and keeps the conversation moving—without pressure.

Here’s how to follow up in a way that feels helpful, human, and effective.

1. Respond Quickly, but Don’t Pounce

Speed matters. A fast response shows professionalism and respect for someone’s interest. But there’s a difference between being prompt and being aggressive.
